ORDER PROCESSING

All orders made thru www.thelittlenests.com takes takes about 2 hours to process. Expect an email / Whatsapp within 1 day to let you know your order is on the way.

STORE PICKUP

Self pick up only available for bulk purchases. Two pick up locations at Klang, Selangor and Singapore. Orders can be pickup during working hours from Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm. Please whatsapp us at +60189876688 https://wa.link/cpgnyf before pick up.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 12pm during working day will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next working day. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email / Whatsapp with real-time tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, United Stated, Singapore and Malaysia. During the checkout, the delivery option does not show up, which meant the products is not eligible for your country. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. THE LITTLE NESTS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of the product, we do not any accept returns and refund once it has been shipped. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately within 2 days at +60189876688 https://wa.link/cpgnyf with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
